Return Period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how and where to send your return.

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
